What appliance do you recommend?
We recommend the best appliance in your hands and your patient’s mouth. As a dentist, you are the most qualified person to make that decision. We will work with you to share the various options to provide a network of providers who can share their experience and expertise, but you have to decide based on your beliefs.

Do you do medical billing?
No.
To make it a seamless process, we work with practices to establish workflows, verbiage, and documentation around medical billing. Still, we have companies we work with that are better suited for that service.
Additionally, we work with some practices that want to do the billing themselves; navigating that workflow can be complicated – we can help.
How much does it cost?
That depends on your practice goals and how we are helping you.
It’s similar to a patient asking what it will cost to fix #9—it has some pain, but we won’t know until we get an image. We don’t know until we understand where you are in your sleep journey and what you want to achieve.
For practices worried about cost we have options for as little as $1 available but we recommend talking to a coach, we will help you craft a plan for your practice for free.
How much should I charge for Oral Appliance Therapy?
One of the most important questions a practice owner can ask. To answer that we need to know:
